Need information on a Sony PSP that was given to me?

OK I'm real old school. (Sega Genesis) I was given a Sony PSP and have been messing around with it. I know it can do way more than I have been using it for, (Just playing the UMD) games.What do I need to do to put movies on this. (DVDFab?)

Can I go on-line and play games as well?
I've been searching and have gotten many different answers.

First you need a memory stick card. Sony only makes up to max 16GB but a 32GB should be coming out early 2010. You can purchase the memory here

The next step is to encode movies to play on the PSP. This way, the film can play on the proper format and be stored on the memory card. http://download.cnet.com/PSP-Video-9/3000-2194_4-10779501.html?tag=mncol
