Imagine Party Babyz brings the fun of the popular Babyz franchise to the Wii in the form of a play date neither you or your child will soon forget. Reminiscent of earlier releases in the franchise where players nurture individual babies while mothers and fathers are away at work or on errands, Imagine Party Babyz expands on the idea with the twist of placing players in the role of a baby in daycare. Built around a line-up of 30 mini-games that are design to be playable by yourself or in multiplayer mode with up to three additional players, the first task you face is to customize the baby you will be playing as. This consists of the usual options of facial features, eyes, hair, clothing and accessories, etc. From there you are tossed right on the rug as the wacky childcare professional running the daycare you have been left at leads you and the rest of the nursery through a series of baby specific mini-games. Just a few of these are the timelessly slow, racing classic: Red Light, Green Light, which has players wildly shaking the Wii Remote to move their baby forward as the babysitter's back is turned and freezing when he/she turns around; and a takeoff the common giant puzzle game children adore, in which players use the Wii Remote to get their babies to fit pieces in place.
