Hand of Tartarus was created on August 22, 2005. Originally founded as a World of Warcraft guild, Hand of Tartarus is now a multiple online gaming clan.

Hand of Tartarus is a mature guild of friends and family. We usually do not accept applications from those under the age of eighteen.

During World of Warcraft Vanilla, we started as a small band of friends on the Durotan US server, Alliance side. As time passed and raids were made, our numbers eventually grew to 250 members. Primarily a PvE guild, we also took part in regular raids on Horde cities, as well as organized PvP, including battlegrounds and arena. Our guild partook of the epic crafting involved in creating the legendary Thunderfury, one of three on our server.
